Are you an experienced Audit Assistant Manager/Audit Manager who’s looking to join a leading accountancy firm working with high-profile clients?

If so, Gemini Accountancy Recruitment are working exclusively with a leading accountancy firm who have an opening for a Manager to join their rapidly growing audit team. As a Manager you would be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients whilst growing and developing your own team/client base.

 

 

Gemini Accountancy Recruitment are currently working with a successful and forward-thinking accountancy practice to help recruit an Audit Manager to join our client’s rapidly expanding audit team. Our client provides a wide range of services including audit, accountancy, payroll, tax compliance and specialist tax services.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified individual working at Audit Assistant Manager or Manager level for at least 3 years who is looking to take the next step to progress right the way through to Partner level in the future.

 

 

The Partner I work with has over 15 years in practice and is probably one of the nicest guys I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside. Working alongside the Passionate leadership team in the Region you will manage both the audit team and the delivery of statutory audits. This is a dynamic, fast paced, client facing role with a varied portfolio of local businesses.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified individual working at Audit Assistant Manager or Manager level for at least 3 years who is looking to take the next step to progress right the way through to Partner level in the future.

 

 

Responsibilities will include;

 

  • Being responsible for managing and delivering audit assignments from planning to completion using MyWorkpapers & IRIS
  • Managing client expectations, queries & deadlines
  • Monitoring budgets and chargeability
  • Mentoring junior members of the team and provide on the job training.
  • Identify cross selling opportunities
  • Maintain a professional network for ongoing business development.
